Pre-requisite:
There are no prerequisites other than a sincere desire to learn classical yoga.

Arrival and Departure: Arrival: The course will begin at 12pm on the first date of the course.
Departure: The course will conclude at 12pm on the final date.

What to Bring: In-door slippers, Bring your own yoga mat, meditation shawls, toiletries, water bottle, books, notebooks, pens, flashlights, alarm clocks, Personal Item ( toothpaste, brush,…). All books and materials are available in our boutique.

This five-day Meditation retreat in Dalat Vietnam will introduce you to the basic guidelines for classical yogic meditation.  This course is ideal for beginner’s in meditation. If you are curious about meditation, if you want to know what is meditation and how to do it, this course is for you.  You will practice yoga postures, Yoga breathing and meditation twice per day, participate in daily Kirtan chanting sessions, enjoy 2 delicious organic, vegetarian meals, and learn about the specifics of meditation from an experienced meditation teacher.  This meditation course is the only one of it’s kind in Vietnam, based on the traditional methods of Classical Yoga meditation from ancient India.
